I think many can attest to this statement.
The stresses are split. For those in the DoD are probably unaffected by current issues with the Federal Government Employment policies. Except for hiring in certain areas due to the hiring freeze of external.
CBP is probably optimistic right now too.
But in health departments and other agencies, I can see a lot of stresses and strong opinions about the current state of things and how it’s affecting them.
An important measure I want to include on this platform is bipartisan and non bias.
I agree, many are unhappy and many are. It all depends where you’re coming from and where you’re going.
I do want to influence positivity however, as a positive mental attitude can influence environments. If you’re affected, I hope you’re in a good state of mind and have a well established support group. If not, we are here to talk and listen.
