Sentinel The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) revised its shutdown guidance, removing references to a 2019 law that guaranteed backpay for all furloughed federal workers. Karl Sentinel I don't think this applies to the blue collar workers in the defense / war department that are still showing up and working everyday despite the shutdown. For other agencies and titles, this does suck.
