Accidentally deleted a reoccurring event in Outlook

Is there any way I can restore this? I really don’t want to build the entire event from scratch as there is a lot of notes from everyone in there. I tried looking at the deleted folder and don’t see anything at all. 🙁

Whisper let me take a look on my end. I’ll replicate your issue with a test calendar and delete it. Will see if there is any recovery.

So I replicated the issue, but I don’t think there is a way to recover it. For some reason, Outlook places it in the Deleted folder but there is no way to recover it.
On the other hand, I can click save, but it says that it’s in a folder that cannot notify you.

I was afraid that would be the answer. That sucks.
Microsoft should really iron out their products. But on the other hand, it’s a shame that we rely so much on Microsoft to begin with. Imagine the costs we would save if we switched our ecosystems to Linux. I understand cybersecurity is an issue, but at the same time… We have people that do that job.

On the other hand, yes. I agree. I think there will be a lot of savings from switching to Linux based OS instead of WIndows, however, there will be a major adjustment period for sure. You did mention we have Cybersecurity Employees, so we can definetly harden the systems… But, I doub the Federal Government would ever migrate.
