How do you guys handle a "workplace bully?"
I have this guy at work, he basically made it a routine to let everyone know he "hates" me. Why? No one knows.
I didn't pay it any mind, but now it has manifested further.
He verbally assaults me, belittles me, and just flat out messes with my crap.
I ask what his deal is, he doesn't give me an answer. Everyone else don't know what's going on, and tell him to chill... Yet, nothing changes. Do I bring this up with my supervisor or do I go to HR?
