DAF vs DON vs DOA

Hey guys,
I was wondering how much each major DoD department differs from each other?
I mean, is there a huge gap in between them?
I'm hoping to switch out of the DAF soon in favor of the Navy, but also heard that the Army sucks. Curious if anyone experienced the switch.

I have personally switched from DON to DAF and there are some things I prefer in the Navy than I do in the Air Force, but at the same time, the Air Force is a lot more "chill" about many things.
There is stress but there is no stress too... But in the Navy, there is stress and there definetly is stress.
I don't know how I can elaborate on this more than that, but I find myself "healthier" mentally here with the Air Force but I don't enjoy much of it at all.

I have not switched whatsoever, but I do firmly believe that the Air Force is the best force for civillians. I mean, if you look at the way the Active Duty is, they're chill as hell and take care of their people much better than any other organization I have ever seen.
You won't find a sad civ in an Air Force base, but if you do, they either are stupid or they are lazy as shit.

Thanks guys, I guess no matter what, each department will have their flaws.
Maybe it's not so bad being in the Air Force, but...
I wonder if Air National Guard = Air Force equivalent treatment?
