Ghost My coworker hired late last year, often brags about only showering once a week. Well it’s towards the end of July, it’s freaking HOT out… She stinks! WTH do I do? I can’t just walk up to her and say straight up, “you stink!” This is so stupid.
Jensi Lol I think @Karl nailed it. There’s not much you can do besides talking to HR. I think they are best suited for this. At least tell your supervisor why you’re going to HR so they don’t freak out. I’m sure your supervisor won’t complain about that, since they probably know what’s going on too.

Ghost Whisper supervisor sent with me to HR office and we both informed them what’s going on. We now have a referral to the IG. Pending further movement.
Ghost Update: IG got back to me on the status update. He and the Union spoke to the individual. They informed them of the issues and came up with a remedy. Supervisor is working together to enforce this remedy. Hopefully, this is a great move forward and they don’t relapse into that same behavior. Coworker works just fine, really productive individual. They just stink. Well, did stink… They didn’t show up today, hopefully they are better starting tomorrow, at least, at the job.
